• You can delete individual workout logs, saved exercises, and uploaded media from within the app
• You may request full account deletion, after which your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems
• Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered

Note: Some information may be retained temporarily if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as transaction and order records), after which it will be securely deleted.
